Collaboration & Autonomy
At Our Community Multi Academy Trust, one of our core principles is maintaining a consistent impact while embracing diverse approaches, achieved through meaningful collaboration.
Our schools collaborate closely, learning from one another to discover what best suits each unique school environment, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
By working together as a Trust, our schools leverage every opportunity to connect and share expertise and resources. This collaboration allows us to focus on what truly matters—making a real difference in the classroom.
