Vacancies
Clerk to the Trust Board and Local Monitoring Councils.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team. The position is well suited to an individual looking for a flexible role (not 9 to 5), who wants to learn new skills and gain a new qualification, and who wants to be part of a thriving and supportive workplace.
Working together with our Chair and Chief Executive Officer, you will support our Trust Board, its sub committees as well as our Local Monitoring Councils in our schools. You will provide all levels of governance with administrative and organisational support including taking minutes of governance meetings, helping to draft agendas, advising the academy committee on procedural issues, and keeping records of membership, training, and attendance.
We are keen to welcome new entrants to the profession so previous experience is advantageous but not essential. As part of the role, you will be provided with the training you need and will complete your Level 3 Certificate in Clerking of School and Academy Governing Board.
