Our Parent/Carer Courses

We're delighted to be working in partnership with Kent Adult Education to offer a range of FREE courses for parents, carers and grandparents across Our Community Multi Academy Trust.

These friendly and informative sessions are designed to provide practical advice, build confidence and support families through a variety of topics, from children's emotional wellbeing and behaviour to ADHD and family first aid.

All courses will take place at Selling CE Primary School in Faversham and are open to all OCMAT parents, carers and grandparents. Whether you're looking to gain new skills, share experiences with other families or simply learn more about supporting your child, we'd love you to join us.

Supporting Your Child's Anxiety – Monday 21 September 2026, 9.30am
Exploring Behaviour Strategies – Tuesday 3 November 2026, 12.30pm
Supporting ADHD in the Home – Four-week programme starting Monday 11 January 2027, 9.30am (11, 18, 25 Jan & 1 Feb 2027)
Family First Aid – Three-week programme in March 2027 (dates to be confirmed)

Each course is delivered by experienced tutors from Kent Adult Education and is completely free to attend. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
